Criteria for Acceptance
The following must be met before acceptance as a patient to the dental clinic:
- Free from medical or dental conditions which would make treatment hazardous to patient or operator
- Oral conditions considered acceptable for learning
- Patient interest in learning preventative oral care techniques
- Patient cooperation in keeping clinic appointments over time
