Position: Testing Services Coordinator
Salary: $11.331 - $13.597/hour depending on experience
Union: Montana Public Employees Association

Great Falls College MSU is seeking a Testing Services Coordinator to oversee daily operations and all administrative functions to the Testing Center. This individual is responsible for institutional compliance with secure testing site protocol, supervises Testing Center staff, and ensures the highest quality testing experience for students, faculty and testing companies, and supervises and administers tests. The individual in this position works closely with faculty, students, Learning Center Staff, the Disabilities Services Office and the eLearning staff to incorporate customer need and stakeholder preference for exam distribution and scheduling. This individual will be required to obtain certification to supervise and administer some tests. The Testing Services Coordinator participates as a team member in the Division Director of eLearning & Library Services and is under the supervision of the Division Director of eLearning & Library Services. Some evening and weekend duties required.
