Fall 2006:
- Sept 29 -Continuing student loan and grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- Sept 29 -New student grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- Oct 4 - New student loan refund checks available in the Business Office
- Oct 27 - Fall only loans 2nd disbursement refund checks available in the Business Office
Spring 2007:
- Feb 16 - Continuing student loan and grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- Feb 16 - New student grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- Feb 23 - New student loan refund checks available in the Business Office
- Mar 16 - Spring only loans 2nd disbursement refund checks available in the Business Office
For summer term, students in Allied Health programs who are enrolled in clinicals are the only students who will have their refunds available on the 10 week disbursement dates below. All other students will have their refunds available on the scheduled dates for the 8 week session regardless of when their summer classes begin.
Summer 2007:
- June 5 - 10 week session continuing student loan & grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- June 22 - 8 week session continuing student loan and grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- June 22 - 8 week session new student grant refund checks available in the Business Office
- July 10 - New student loan refund checks available in the Business Office
- July 10 - Summer only loans 2 nd disbursement refund checks available in the Business Office
NOTE: Federal regulations require that first time students at MSU Great Falls College of Technology have loan proceeds held until after the 30th calendar day of the term.
