admissions + Records: Apply For Graduation

  1. Documents must be provided to the Business Office prior to the deadline posted in the Academic Calendar

  2. Obtain a copy of your advising form from your advisor or the administrative assistant in your department.

  3. Fill out the advising form including the term each class was completed and turn it in with your Application for Graduation.

  4. Complete Checklist and Email Alert Service Form and turn it in with your Application for Graduation

  5. Complete the Graduate Survey and turn it in with your completed Application for Graduation.

  6. Complete the Student Assessment of Faculty Advising form and turn it in with your completed Application for Graduation.

  7. Turn in the completed Application for Graduation to the Business Office along with your $25.00 graduation fee payment.

  8. Download the Graduation Application Packet.
