Jana Carter joined the MSU – GF COT faculty in 2004.  Before joining the MSU faculty, Jana taught Composition and English as a Second Language at two-year colleges in California and Arizona.  Jana holds a MA in English with an emphasis in Comparative Literature from Arizona State University, a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certificate from the University of California Los Angeles, a BA in English from Western Washington University, and an AA from Yakima Valley Community College.

Jana loves her house in Great Falls, her dog, her garden, and her red shoes.
