The Assistant Dean’s Office leads the Student Services division of the College.  Responsibilities to the institution and the Student Services division include setting and interpreting academic and student policies, Title IX Officer for the campus, shepherding the Student Conduct Code and Student Complaint processes, overseeing the general advising and student support processes beginning with engagement with high school students and early college experiences, to recruitment and advising, and supportive services through to graduation.  The Assistant Dean ensures that all units of Student Services are engaged in continuous improvement and assessment of student outcomes. 

The Assistant Dean of Student Services is responsible for staying informed and contributing to Montana University System issues that relate to students and student processes as well as keeping the local campus leadership informed of those issues.  The Assistant Dean serves the institution as a member of the Dean’s Cabinet, the Joint Directors group, the College Planning Budget and Analysis Council, and other College committees and initiatives.  The office coordinates co-curricular programs, activities and services designed to ensure student success.  Student Services are located in two places on the Great Falls campus:  Student Central, just off the Atrium, and also the Advising & Career Center with Disability Services on the second floor.
