College Planning, Budget, and Analysis Committee (CPBAC)
CPBAC is a group of individuals representing all the departments/divisions at MSU–Great Falls and is institutionalized to ensure the work needed to achieve the College’s mission is on target, tracked, and appropriately funded.
CPBAC is charged with providing shared governance throughout the budgeting, planning, and assessment process by:
- Communicating with the campus and other constituencies
- Gathering and interpreting data to evaluate performance and effectiveness at all levels of the College
- Leading the development of budget projections and goals (strategic and operational)
- Working with the leadership to allocate resources strategically to improve institutional effectiveness and achieve the College’s goals
