Student Information - Change of Address

A current mailing address, permanent address, and telephone number should be on file in Admissions & Records in Student Central. A forwarding address should be provided when a student withdraws or graduates. A change of address form is available at the Welcome Desk, Student Central or www.msugf.edu/adm_records/forms.htm.
