Graduation Application

Each student, whether attending ceremonies in May or not, must apply for graduation at the appropriate time.  Submitting a graduation application notifies the Registrar to perform a degree audit - this is how the College determines whether you have finished your degree requirements and whether or not to post a degree on your transcript.

Applications are available at the Information Desk, by calling (406) 771-4300, or by clicking here [PDF] .  If you are unsure of information required on the application - such as the year catalog you used to meet your graduation requirements or what term you are completing your requirements - ask your advisor - do not leave lines blank!

Applications are turned in to the Business Office along with a  $25.00 graduation fee (applications will not be processed without payment ) .

Deadlines for submitting graduation applications are published on the Academic Calendar located in the current Catalog and on this Website.  Dates can also be found each term in the Schedule of Classes under Calendar of Events.

Important!!

  • If you are finishing your degree requirements Fall semester, you must apply for graduation using the Fall graduation application deadline.
  • If you are finishing your degree requirements Spring semester, you must apply for graduation using the Spring graduation application deadline.
  • If you are finishing your degree requirements Summer session and wish to attend Spring Ceremonies, you must apply for graduation using the Spring graduation application deadline AND be pre-registered for your summer classes.
